"Staff is friendly and helpful. Checked in without issue, clean room, good AC. Spacious room, very comfortable."

"This is a relatively new property and it shows well. It is located in a nice area with plenty of stores and eateries within walking distance. Check-in took a bit longer than I would care for, especially with a reservation but it was fine. The staff members were very polite and helpful. My room gave off college dorm room vibes but in a good way! I wish I did have a place so nice in college. The AC/Heating unit worked well and kept the temperature just fine. Kitchen was really nice with a full refrigerator and range top. Pots and cutlery are available from the front desk. As for the not so great stuff - the free wifi kept going in and out and I just used my hotspot. The hotel does provide a premium wifi connection for a price. The shower has a low threshold to step over which is fine but the shower curtain does not reach the floor. Thus taking a shower inherently means that water will splash onto the outer floor area. So either a longer shower curtain or lowering the curtain rod is necessary. The metal feet on the bed tends to make a scratching noise on the floor tile when moving on the bed itself. They could just place a rubber pad under the bed feet to fix this. Overall this is a nice place and I would definitely stay again."

"Upon arrival, there’s no clear indication that Comfort suites is unified with Main Stay. Then someone was attempting to enter my room that they had received a key from front desk with my same room number which caused my original room key to be inconveniently deactivated. And lastly, the bathroom was dirty. Tub and toilet were dirty, no hand soap and room was not vacuumed as there was an old popcorn kernel on the floor. "

"The pool was indoors but it was too cold for my 8 yr old. The entire property was very clean but needs some upgrades. Everyone was very friendly. "

"There were ongoing parties occurring in a neighboring room during my stay. I informed staff of the disturbance and was told that multiple guests had already complained; however, the noise continued until approximately 4:00 a.m. Due to the excessive noise and the firmness of the bed, I was unable to sleep comfortably and ultimately had to rest in the bathtub to get any sleep. While staff did apologize when I reported this experience, I believe the situation warranted more than an apology given the significant impact it had on my stay."
