Stayed at several 5 star hotels in London and this was the best !!
Conceirage was awesome for recommending restaurants/ sightseeing spots while obtaining all the tickets we needed

This hotel is a great place to stay, conveniently located near everything you need. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and the train station is just a five-minute walk away. Whole Foods and numerous stores and restaurants are nearby, and the entrance to Hyde Park is close by as well.
The staff is excellent—very attentive and friendly. The rooms are spacious, making it an ideal choice for families. The only reason I didn’t give a perfect score is because of the beds; while the size was excellent—bigger than standard beds—the mattress was uncomfortable. However, aside from that issue, I would highly recommend this hotel.

This was my second time here at the Tower hotel I chose it due to is location and easy access to most places of interest for me. The rooms are still outdated but neat and clean.
