"Great location and parking. Across the street from shops and cafes, and a 5 minute walk to the main restaurants in Eastport, 10 minute walk to the Spa Creek Bridge. Nice sized backyard. Had a lot of supplies. Exterior could use a little love but the interior was nice clean and stayed cool once we figured out the thermostat. "
"The hotel offers a breathtaking view of the water. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. I found the staff to be attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. They provided information regarding great places to eat and things to do. There is a wonderful yacht cruise that departs directly behind the hotel. Annapolis Waterfront Hotel, Autograph Collection is a walkable distance from the downtown attractions, including the Annapolis Naval Academy. Enjoy!"

"This B&B was centrally located, clean,safe and quiet. However, even though I knew there would be no breakfast, I thought that like most B&B’s there would be the possibility of coffee or tea in the morning. There was no one home to welcome us or give information about nearby restaurants, etc. Why take the reservation if you can’t provide the amenities most B&B’s feature?"

"Our day was great. The house was so helpful when we had questions about the house or about the neighborhood. They answered punctually and helped us with any issues we were experiencing. We love the neighborhood. There was no issues with the neighbors. They were very helpful and it’s in a very safe, clean location perfect distance from downtown. We would definitely come back!"
