As always I had a nice experience and will stay there again. The price is good and the access to restaurants is great. The air conditioner works well in the Georgia heat.

This hotel had shady characters walking around but for the price and the fact I stayed there for one night it was fine.

Won’t get any rest!

Staff was very friendly, hotel and room were nice, clean and smelled good. Shower was broken, only had scaulding hot water to shower with. Teenagers having parties in room next door. Called the front desk, they called their room but they still were loud through the night. You could hear a pin drop outside or in the rooms next door. I wasn’t able to go to sleep until after 2am and had to get up with my little ones for an event.

Cheaper = leaky toilet, old carpet. I'll take that trade. I called the front desk about people yelling at 11:30pm, and they took care of it immediately, so that was good.

Horrible hotel and customer service.

They gave me a room key to a room that someone was already staying in, and when I went back to the desk they told me that they cancelled my reservation that I booked almost a week in advance. Because people were walking behind me to try and find the room that they had booked. They threatened to call the police because we wouldn’t leave since it was 12:30 in the morning and live over an hour away. We didn’t have anywhere to stay and they never put my money back in my card.

it was ok.

I guess it was ok. The shower had holes and torn spots. The beds were hard as a rock and the air conditioner didn't work real well. I guess if you are just coming through going somewhere it would be ok.

Disappointed extremely

The staff their is very rude especially in the morning at the front desk. We rented 3 rooms and on Friday they guys were told to get out that there were no more nights for them to stay. They kicked our employees out without them even paying and told them their credit cards were no good. We will not be renting from here again and are now giving our business to another establishment with no complaints

DIRTY ROOM

I had paid reservation at this and I arrived late. When I went to check in, the clerk had me standing outside in the cold to check in a nd he tried charge me again for a room I already paid for. After getting my key and going to the room I noticed it wasn't a KING bed in the room. I called the clerk and he me that he had given the room I reserved to a walk in. I then noticed the bathtub was filthy and the drapes holes in them.I will never reserve a room at this motel

The room, beds, and area were all just fine. The bathroom tile appeared to be laid by an amateur, but that's fine, too. The shower's fiberglass was gone in one area, revealing what appeared to be old tile behind it. This was less than tidy. No coffee pot in the room despite coffee supplies being provided. Good size fridge. Clean microwave. Breakfast appeared geared toward not loosing money to construction crews. Buffet at 7AM consisted of: 6 individually wrapped honey buns, two eggo waffles, 1/3 bottle of syrup, a microwave, apple and orange juice machine, coffee with powder creamer and sugar, frosted flakes and special K. Oh yes, and four sad apples. As continental breakfasts go it was sad. We stayed at this place because we could bring our dog. Otherwise we would have been at the holiday inn express down the street.

Bad to worst

Dirty towels were stuffed in the kitchen cabinets. When I went to the desk I had to ring the bell and call the phone in order to get someone's attention. I was immediately told it was an extra $20 for a pet per night, which I was not told through hotels.com nor by the manager at night. They had me down for 5 nights instead of 4, we left after two. Free breakfast was a joke, cereal, juice, no coffee.

Good service with a good sense of humor.

Have stayed here several times over the past year. Find the service above reproach, especially where hotels.com mistakenly put the reservation in my wife's ex-husbands name. The staff verified it was my confirmation number and issued me the key for the room that my credit card had secured, shaking their head with a low chuckle.

My air conditioner didn't work. I notified the front desk twice before they sent a maintenance guy up. He took out the filters and said "that's all I can do for ya". Never going back.
