This cozy cabin was perfect for a small family getaway! It was very clean and we loved the covered porch with a blackstone grill and nice seating. Would definitely recommend!
Sarah and Nick are hands-down the best hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying with. They are incredibly communicative, kind, and responsive from the very beginning. When I arrived, a storm had knocked out the power on my first day. Nick immediately came over, set up a generator so I wouldn’t be without electricity, and even brought me a whole carton of water. Their level of care and quick problem-solving went way above and beyond anything I’ve experienced before. The cabin was perfect for me and my pets. My pets absolutely loved the space, and every stroll with the dog was a beautiful scenery by the lake. The yard is nice and peaceful. It was so relaxing to just sit outside. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable cabin with truly exceptional hosts who make you feel cared for, I highly recommend staying with Sarah & Nick. They made my whole stay memorable for all the right reasons.Thank you, Sarah and Nick! I truly appreciated everything you did for me. God bless you!
Thank you so much for having us. We stayed here to attend the Alive Music Festival at Atwood Lake. The kids loved the loft and the cabin was well stocked with all the amenities. Be cautious if you need to work remotely from here. Luckily my husband only had a few reports to run. The internet exists but the speed and bandwidth are minimal. We actually enjoyed unplugging and playing card games with the kids instead of them living on their tablets. Thanks for a great stay, hopefully you’ll have availability for next year’s festival!
Absolutely fabulous from beginning to end. Any question or suggestion was responded to promptly. The cabin is state of the art accommodating. The roads are winding and some are gravel and the cell service was spotty at times but all of that information was conveyed at checkin! Neighboring area people friendly. Loft ladder too steep for my rotator cuff recuperation but recliners and sofa perfect!!! Would love to return or rent any other of their other 2 properties.
Hidden gem —Prop and Paddle Tavern (south fork marina) was found on an adventure drive! An A+ for host and property!
