"While the staff were very kind, the property was not clean and well maintained. Stains on the furniture and bathtub, dirt around the bathtub and toilet. The food at the restaurant was not good. Our table of four did not enjoy our meals, and had to send food back multiple times."

"I have never had an issue communicating with a property using Hotels.Com but that was the case with Griffith Hall. The person who registered us said that it was a common issue for them.
