"Dave was super helpful and friendly throughout our short (2 nights) stay. He picked us up and dropped us off at the ferry and stopped by the supermarket so we could pick up some supplies during our arrival. The place was clean and Dave's garden was very pretty (loved the turtle and the rabbits!) - it's clear he and his family have put a lot of work into the grounds. "Hillsborough is a bit of a shanty town..all the action seems to be in Tyrell Bay now,but Jonas and his people do a great job in my view anyway. Light breakfast and good local menu at night including fresh seafood with a little Japanese local interpretation was very nice...no beach out the front...but I enjoyed my stay here..Thanks Jonas.. "
