"The villa we stayed in was a bit dated - the kitchen appliances were rather old and there were no outlets for phone chargers on the nightstand between the 2 beds. The shower curtain was too low and some insects were crawling around the bathroom floor. The worst part were the floors which were not clean plus the fact that you had to take your trash with you when leaving or pay an extra $100! However the beds were clean and comfortable; the AC system worked well; the water was hot; and the villa was spacious and quiet. A rating of 3.5 to 4.0 out of 5. "

"Our room had two queen size beds, very spacious and clean. There was a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker in our room. The one thing I would suggest getting would be a table to eat on. We enjoyed the balcony porch and ate there because it did have a table. The woman that managed all 3 of the of the properties was pleasant and very helpful. And when you called the number for the facility, they were very responsive and helpful. "

"Room was very cold. No ability to turn down the AC. No extra blanket. Called front desk a little after 8 pm. Wanted the AC turned down and a blanket. Got recording telling me after 7 pm no one was available and they looked forward to speaking with me in the morning. No number offered to contact someone. We got beach towels from car to use as blankets, wore sweatshirts and jackets to bed. Froze all night. Told the front desk about our uncomfortable night and inability to contact hotel staff. The response was that I should have called the emergency number on the rules and regulations sheet posted on the back of the door. We did not see that and might not have considered need for a blanket an emergency. Would have been helpful if the front desk recording mentioned the emergency number in its message, and invited a call to it for comfort issues. Easy fix with better communication or care. No hairdryer in room. Lampshade not secured to bedside lamp and kept falling off. Shower was nice. That was about it. Ugghhh "

"03/01/26: Staff was very helpful and friendly, our room was clean and very comfortable. The gym was adequate for our needs, we just use the bike. The hotel is in a quiet location, with a nice gas station with a big store close by. The breakfast was great, a lot of variety and hot. The lady running the dining area was super nice and helpful! Traveled 12 hours the day we went and were able to relax and get some much needed rest. "
