Historic villa with frescoes and garden

Ancient and high value Villa owned by an important local family.
Located in the historic center of Carpignano Salentino, with a garden of more then 3000sqm, it combines relax and tranquility with the comfort to stay in the center of the town.
The entrance hall of the house has an entirely frescoed ceiling.
There are 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. All the rooms have just been renovated, are located on ground floor and all rooms have air conditioning.
The kitchen is complete with all services: stove, oven, dishwasher, pots, plates and dishes.
The garden as well as having an area for relaxation and a table and chairs for dining together, offers plenty of space to be used for children to play and for animals to have fun.
