You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• Breakage deposit: EUR 1000 per stay
• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply all year round. Other exemptions or reductions may apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November to 31 March, EUR 0.00 per person, per night, up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 April to 31 October, EUR 1.30 per person, per night, up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.
• Cleaning fee: EUR 300 per accommodation, per stay.
• Bed sheets fee: EUR 25 per person, per week
• Management fee: EUR 10 per accommodation, per stay
• Utility fee: EUR 20 per accommodation, per night

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Pet fee: EUR 96 per pet, per stay
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Late check-in fee: EUR 50 for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight
• Bed sheets available for a fee (or guests may bring their own)
