"I loved the property. Submerged in nature. Was so nice to see ospreys and herons, wild horses everywhere. I loved offroading everywhere, it was so fun. Every turn had a new adventure for me and my dog. The house is tiny but the property is very large. I don't think that should deter anyone. The owners went above and beyond to help me with airing my tires down. They were fantastic hosts. Me and my dog had a great time. "

"Property was easy to get into. Andrew is great to deal with. I forgot my last payment and he texted me to remind me and I was able to pay and not loose my reservation. On key thing, although the listing says 4x4 it was easy for us to overlook the fact that there was an unpaved road on the beach that was required to get to the home. Thank goodness we had 4x4. Couple other things, the rule book in the home mentioned outside access to water for rinsing sand from underneath vehicles, but the outside water wasn’t working. The internet connection mentioned in the book with password, wasn’t working. The network connection listed wasn’t available as listed in the book. Additionally it was mentioned to clean up dog poop or you’ll be charged. We cleaned up so much dog poop that was definitely not from our 17lb Boston terrier. I love this property but there should be more info in the listing. "

"The house was spectacular and the hosts are incredibly prepared and responsive to all of your vacation needs. Plenty of rooms, seats and space available throughout the house. Extra amenities kept on site and available as needed (games, outdoor activities, paper products, soaps, ect). The backyard is perfect for family fun, pool time and fires. It’s a short drive or walk to the beach with easy access. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We had an amazing stay at this amazing home!! The home was clean, spacious, and well maintained. The views were amazing and we were surprised we were able to see some horses out here during the winter! The initial drive in was intense if your new to beach driving, which we were, but after the first day we were going back and forth on that sand non-stop! James was an amazing host and responded quickly to our questions. We hope to come back and stay again, this was an amazing trip!!"

"Well appointed if well-used house. Lots of room to spread out, and the elevator was a plus to accommodate an elderly family member. Fairly well-appointed kitchen with a very fast ice-maker comfortable beds, and multiple spaces for dining and games. We loved that a big table sat 12 of us for meals. Definitely requires 4-wheel drive, but the location is superb with beautiful views of the ocean and dunes. "

"Clean roomy pet friendly quiet secluded all around amazing! We loved it we saw horses right at the house!! The beach drive was a challenge at night but still as breathtaking as it is in daylight! A unique adventure and we will be returning!Renee answered instantly and resolved what I needed!! The house has a hot tub which is also a bonus!! Very pretty up to date FULLY stocked with dishes/utensils! Love, love, love this place and we took our dog and she loved the beach and the beach is EVERYWHERE!!!Next time we will stay A LOT longer"
