"Check-in mentionné à 14h sur Hotels.com, arrivé sur place la réception nous indique une erreur et que le check in est a 15h et nous avons eu donc la chambre à 15h30. L'organisation et le personnel du ménage très désagréable par contre le personnel du restaurant au petit dejeuner trés agréable. "

"The hotel is in the city center, but not quiet calm because it's located next to a very busy and crowded road. The staff are nice people, the hotel doesn't have an elevator, the room seems to be clean but there are lot of smells, bad ones."

"I stayed one week at the Roza hotel and found it very convenient. It is in the centre of Dar ek beida in front of the train station you can see the trains from the hotel windows its literally 1 minute walk. As Dar el beida is a small town restaurant, cafés, bakerys, clothes shops, post office, stadium all are walking distance there is no need for a car or transport. In regards to cleanliness there is daily room cleaning and replacing stuff needed such as towels beddings and bottle of water. I...

"When I checked at the hotel, a manager told me that I needed to pay 10000 DZ($75) to use the pool, which was was included in my reservation. Then he said that I’m not allowed to the pool because I’m a single guy and it was only reserved for women. Their website or Expedia description doesn’t mention anything like that. I mainly paid to use the hotel amenities such as the pool but ended up not been allowed. Very disappointing. "

Tout est nickel y a pleins de commerces autour, rue animé proche du stade de kouba. seul bémol les transports que je n’ai pas trouvé à proximité. Déplacement en taxi à privilégier. "J’ai réservé une chambre, un adulte avec deux enfants à notre arrivée, le réceptionniste me dit qu’il faudra que je paye un supplément de 20 € pour la deuxième personne et un supplément matelas pour la troisième personne de 30 € Très déçu, heureusement que je n’avais réservé que pour deux jours, les deux nuits réservées et nous remboursables, j’ai dû payer 50 € par nuit, ce qui est énorme Pour le reste de mon séjour, j’ai pu trouver un très bel hôtel pour moi et mes enfants pour moins de 50 €...

"L'hotel dans sa globalité présente bien. A mon arrivée j'ai dû demander a ce que les draps et les taies d'oreiller soient changés car cela n'avait pas été fait mais malgré tout la chambre était propre. Le buffet pour le petit-déjeuner est bon mais cela manque de choix, en revanche pour les repas il y a plus de choix et la cuisine est très bonne. Le personnel est très sympathique, à l'écoute et aux petits soins. L'hôtel est plutôt calme et tranquille."
