3. The access to this property is up a slightly steep grade. As with all Tahoe winter travel, road conditions can vary, and 4WD/AWD with appropriate winter tires is strongly recommended.
4. WINTER ACCESS: During winter months, Old County Road to Summit Road is the recommended route to the property and provides convenient access during snowy conditions.
5. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
