"The place is VERY nice and accommodated everything i had planned with my family. EVERYTHING was there. Beds were very comfortable and hot water in the showers. The kept in communication all the way up to the day leaving. I had family members who are thinking of using this place for gatherings. The pool table and dart board was a nice touch. "

"The stay was wonderful - the property is located within walking distance of the convention center and has a Target nearby as well as great restaurants. The area nearby can be a little noisy at night with loud cards driving by, but overall the property was well kept and the host's communication was quick and thorough. I'd be happy to stay here again. "We really liked the pool and appreciated they stayed open the additional half and hour. The whole building was extremely clean and welcoming. We like the added security of the key in the elevator. The only problem we encountered was paying to park. We had no idea we would need the additional $70 to park for a 2 night stay. "
"We had high hopes for using this property for a family reunion and booked it before summer even started. Then in May I saw the reviews. Someone had stayed there in April and said the property was obviously not ready to rent. I contacted Elijah through the VRBO app. He assured me that yes, they had the problems getting going in April, but they had it fixed. He then sent me a video walking through a few rooms to assure me that we didn't need to find different accommodations, he was good to go. He stayed in contact as our 5 kids rode for 2 days across 6 states, though he did ask us to delay our arrival until 4 pm because "the city hit a power line while trimming trees so they need a little time to get it hooked back up". Everything was supposedly fine, and he would have pastries and water waiting for us.When we arrived we were absolutely shocked at the state of the house. The front door was open (Elijah had sent us the code though I'm not sure why), there were bedroom windows open, and some windows were missing entirely. There was construction debris in nearly every room and on the front lawn. The stove was caved in with light fixtures on top of it. Oddly, the promised pastries and water were there on the kitchen counter. One of the beds had completely collapsed. It was full of mold. There was open walls to the outside. It was not suitable for habitation, despite the months of assurances up to and including the day of arrival. Don't let him fool you too."
