"Everything was really nice except the breakfast food. There were few choices and the cooked options did not look or taste real but instead microwaved. The hotel itself was very nice and clean."
"The front desk lady with the beautiful glasses was kind and accommodating. She went above and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast & the layout was exceptional!
Only complaint is that the housekeeping manager doesn't permit late check outs."

We were upgraded to a terrace suite at checkin for a fun surprise (for no additional charge) and the room was lovely! So many great food options within walking distance, too. "Great hotel staff. Very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the housekeeping staff did a great job in tending to the rooms every day. It’s a great location to stay if you are in town playing at Grand Park for any sporting event. The diamonds were about 12 minutes away by car. There is also a Starbucks right across the street if you need your morning coffee fix. "
"Clean hotel, friendly staff. We needed towels and toilet was messed up at one point. Both times I called the service desk and had someone to my room within 5 minutes. My daughter slept on the pullout and we had requested an extra comforter. They only brought us an extra blanket which would have been fine but the blanket was very old and the fabric felt melted and matted. They brought us the same style blanket after we requested a comforter again. I ended up just buying her a cheap blanket at Walmart. Overall a nice stay. "
