Close to everything you want to do.

This is a lovely little suite on a quiet street, dog friendly, with a comfortable bed. The location is ideal for going to Monterey, Pacific Grove, down the coast, or just staying in Carmel. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return.

Dog-friendly getaway

We came to Carmel to celebrate our dog’s 10th birthday and Anu’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! We loved the convenient location and the beautiful property. Th place was very clean and charming. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

CLEAN and cozy stay!

Anu’s studio was perfect and had all the comforts of home! The room was very CLEAN and comfortable. We loved the view and fresh cool breeze. The location was perfect! Can’t wait to come and stay again.

Lovely Space

The flat is lovely and comfortable with enough room to stretch out. Appliances and amenities are really thoughtfully done. The location is exceptional as well and close to everything. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone!

Perfect getaway!

My husband and I enjoyed every part of our stay here. Anu is a wonderful host: communicative, clear, and helpful. She shared a long list of restaurants and excursions that we might enjoy while exploring the area and has stocked the room with thoughtful touches (I appreciated the Nespresso pods!) The accommodations are spacious, clean, and in a super convenient location. We cannot recommend this VRBO enough!

Perfect Carmel Getaway

Our week in Carmel at Anu’s place was wonderful. Room was secluded, secure, and even had a nice view of Carmel Valley. Having the fridge and microwave helped so that we didn’t have to eat all meals out. We plan on staying here again in the future.

Such a cozy spot that has a small patio for some outdoor grilling and basking in the sun. The area is very safe and quiet where I could work remotely with great internet. Pet friendly and plenty of outdoor area for potty times. Parking is not an issue. The decor is very modern and fresh. Host and her two adorable labradoodles were very welcoming. I plan to come back since the location is unbeatable and the stay was so relaxing!

Location, Location, Location

So many pluses to this adorable property. The location, for one, is perfect. Literally a 3 minute drive to downtown Carmel, and the17 mile drive (Pebble Beach). Pacific Grove and Monterey...20 minute drive. The place itself was clean, and comfortable. Beautiful views from scenic windows, and all the amenities you need, but the best part was being dog friendly. Communication between ourselves and the property owner were superb. On a scale of 1-10 we rate this place a 9.5. Thank you!

Everything about this property was great. The check in/out instructions were very detailed and clear. The cabin was well maintained, clean and tastefully decorated. The neighborhood was private, quiet and close to all the main Carmel points. There were many thoughtful details that made my stay pleasant and comfortable and the host proactively reached out to check in multiple times to ensure everything was going as smoothly as possible. I will definitely recommend this place and be back to stay in the future. Thank you!

Peace in Carmel

Wonderful stay in a perfect studio. Quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view towards Carmel Valley. Very short ride to Carmel by the Sea and Pacific Grove. Loved going with our dog to the beach. One of the most thoughtfully supplied rentals we've stayed in. Host has thought of everything. Will definitely be back. Thank you Anu!

Very peaceful, private location, away from the crowds of the village and beach. Thoughtfully decorated, with everything you could possibly need to enjoy a few days without cooking (a real vacation for me!) We did use the microwave to reheat restaurant leftovers, and the toaster for breakfasts to save on dining out. Check-in was easy. The 25 stairs were easy for us and our dog. I would say the walk into/back from town was a bit too far and steep for us, but we always found free parking easily in town.If you are bringing a dog, keep in mind that there is a small, enclosed patio, but not an enclosed yard. You will need to take the dog out on leash to do his business near the stairs or along the street. Our dog was blissfully happy at Anu's place, as well as in town and at restaurants. Carmel is the most dog-friendly place we know!

Relaxing Stay For Getting Married

My wife and I stayed here the weekend of our wedding. The suite was spotless and so comfortable. It really felt like a nice home we would live in ourselves. There were plenty of amenities- from cheese boards to luxurious blankets! Due to the large windows, vaulted ceilings (which had beautiful, exposed wood beams) and minimal design, the suite felt very spacious. The view from the suite is gorgeous because it's located on a hill. This breathtaking view made it very relaxing! Also gave this place bonus points for being pup-friendly, as I have a small dog. He also found this spot very relaxing :). The host was responsive and friendly. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Awesome view! Quite neighborhood. Almost everything you'd want in terms of dishes is supplied, so you don't have to bring any of your own. Lots of closet space, which is great since it's only one large room. The soap dispenser didn't work well, so we had to buy our own soap. Fire pit was nice, but no axe, so a little difficult getting a fire going with large pieces of wood. Lots of extra blankets and pillows, so it was easy to find a combination that makes you comfortable. It's right off highway 1, so getting everywhere is a breeze. It's a five-minute drive into downtown Carmel.
