Why stay in a hotel when you can have a whole condo? The open floor plan of this downtown condo—with skylights and hickory floors—includes a cozy dining area and a living room with comfortable leather sofas, a flat screen TV and one of two gas fireplaces. And when you’re not taking advantage of the fine dining Carmel is known for, the kitchen features granite counter tops and stainless appliances. The master suite has a King bed, a fireplace, and a private bath with a large tub and a steam shower. The second guest room has a Queen bed, and the second bath, located in the hall, has a walk-in shower. Elevator access. Single garage (fits one small/medium car only) in the Carmel Realty lot on Junipero (1/2 block away). There is unmetered street parking on Junipero past 5th, and a free parking lot (no overnight) on 3rd, between Junipero and Torres.  Carmel-by-the-Sea TOT License 25759 [enter desc]

Great property!

Banyan unit is wonderful. It was an easy walk to all the shops and restuarants in Carmel. No issues with parking on the street as we had a large SUV. We will rent again!

Awesome Condo

Great place and location

This was a great condo, beautiful and comfortable. Location was within walking distance to all Carmel has to offer. Included is a 1 car garage! I would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

This a very clean and nicely appointed condominium centrally located within walking distance of just about everything in Carmel. We had a great visit to this charming town. The condo was excellent for two couples, and it would work well for a family as well.

The apartment was clean. Staff very helpful. We had an issue with the living area fireplace not starting. Someone stopped by within an hour to fix it and this was outside normal working hours. Easy walk to the ocean. Thanks.

Perfect location

What a wonderful VRBO, quite honestly the best VRBO property we have ever rented. The location in Carmel was close to everything. Nothing was forgotten in this unit, throw blankets, makeup mirror, a beautiful kitchen with anything you needed to cook with. It’s quiet, ample street parking, and elevator for all your luggage. We are already checking our calendar to stay again next year. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Fab location, parking provided, spotless

My husband and our adult niece and I spent 4 days here and loved it. Spotlessly clean and organized; a true rental and seemingly not just somebody's 2nd home with personal items taking closet and cupboard space. The included garage is about a 3 min walk behind the unit, but to just enjoy town you don't need a car. A bike rental place is about 5 min walk (Mad Dogs & Englishmen) and we rented E-bikes to tour town and do 17 Mi Drive. Beds and bedding comfy, everything worked well. Quiet neighborhood, restaurants everywhere to walk to. Small grocers also a couple min walk. We would stay here again anytime.

Christmas in Carmel

This condo was as described, communication with the property manager was prompt and check in was so easy. The location was excellent for walking to shops, restaurants and the beach. (Walking to/from the beach may be a challenge for those with mobility issues as it is a rather steep hill however there is parking at the end of Ocean.) The garage around the corner was convenient. Our rental was a Jeep 4x4 and we had no problems. It is a small space so allowing passengers out of the car before parking is advised. We would consider this rental again in the future.

Cozy stay in Carmel

We liked staying in this modern condo in Carmel next to Forge Restaurant. The location is central, easy walking distance to everything, and the layout was great for my wife and myself. We used the second bedroom for storage and golf clubs. It was great to have a dedicated parking garage although it is not attached (it's around the corner, which turned out to be ok). We got there in mid August and it was dreadfully hot but thankfully there are standing fans there but no A/C, which is typical of Carmel. Weather improved and it was mainly cool for most of the time. The condo has modern features, new kitchen/refrig/oven and great TV system. Property management company was responsive and helped us with a few travel issues.
