"Clean room, friendly staff"

"When we first arrived we were told they over booked and wouldn't have a room for us unless we got a king bed. We explained that wasn't going to work. Then I couldn't cancel because I had gone through Expedia. They are difficult to cancel with. Finally found us a double bed room. Door wouldn't shut properly. Semi hot water to shower. Breakfast food was unexceptable. Very surprised at the lower quality of the hotel. "
