"The toilet ceiling was dirty. Informed the front desk and was told it wil be cleaned. When we came back that night it wasn’t cleaned. Informed again the next morning and it was cleaned. As for the shower, there was no hand shower and no rain shower. The bathtub was small. Better not to have a bathtub. ..."
