This hotel was conveniently located for us to visit Carlsbad Caverns. There were some fun food options nearby. The outdoor pool is unheated and absolutely freezing, so that was a big disappointment for my kids.

The room and rest of the hotel were very nice. Great amenities and wonderful staff. Especially enjoyed the tasty biscuits from the breakfast. The only negatives were the paper-thin walls (could hear even quiet talking from the other side) and that the shower wasn't very clean.

The room was VERY spacious and the bathroom was huge!!! The hotel was nice and quiet. My husband said it was one of the best night’s sleep he’d had in a long time.

Great Hotel in Carlsbad
We enjoyed staying here when we came to visit Carlsbad Caverns National Park. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, a nice outdoor hot tub, and a tasty breakfast.

Really nice!
Spend a night here as I passed through. I was surprised how nice it was. The room and shower were big and it was all very nice. The outdoor pool and hottub were open even though it was cold out which was nice, I used the hottub for a minute. The gym was small but it was okay. The service was nice, located across from Planet Fitness and on the end of a strip of stores so location was good. I don't know why I thought it wouldn't be that great because I was quite happy with this place. I missed the breakfast since I left before it started.

Hotel is in a great location and is extremely clean… the hotel staff were warm and welcoming. The Thanksgiving decorations were so tasteful, very beautiful.

The room was clean and spacious with a sofa area and two queen beds. The only problem was that there was a mold smell in the bathroom. The next day we were able to get into another room that didn’t have that smell.

Beautiful property, good stay.
Very pleasant property--the lobby had been beautifully decorated for the fall season. Front desk clerk was friendly and though her computer was giving her problems, kept her cool. Room was clean, bed comfortable, nice pillows. Breakfast was quite good. Would definitely stay here again.

Additional towel racks and hooks needed..
Our two night stay was very pleasant. The only complaint we have is that there are no hooks or additional towel racks in the bathroom to hang your face towels on.

Excellent one night stay with my family of five.
This was hands down one of the nicest hotels we stayed at during our 2 week family cross-country road trip! Family of five booked a 2 queen suite with sofa bed and the room was HUGE! Everything was VERY clean (which is important to us). The other good reviews are what led us to this hotel and we were impressed. We loved the popcorn and milk and cookies in the lobby when we checked in. Breakfast was good as well. Don’t have a bad thing to say about this place.
