"This is a very convenient hotel for Mayo patients. It has subway connection to Mayo and free parking. Staff are very helpful. Only thing is the rooms are very dated and in need of a refresh. The furniture is very old and the beds are not comfortable. Otherwise, would recommend this hotel for people who have an appointment at Mayo."

"The staff are very friendly and helpful! They have valet parking and shuttle buses to both Mayo Clinic and St Mary’s, so I only needed to pay for valet while I went to both locations. This service was even available at 4 am, when I needed a ride back from the ER at St Mary’s! Otherwise, they put my room facing the parking lot so it was quieter. Also, I overslept the check out time, so the cleaning staff gave me extra time to get ready and the front desk didn’t charge me extra for the late checkout. I’d recommend this place for the staff alone, but the hotel and room were great, too! Clean, access to the skyway system, close to Mayo Clinic, and a hot breakfast with pancakes to order! The room had what I needed to work remotely, pillows that didn’t trigger an allergic reaction, and panel-controlled heat/AC."
