Había un split, y es muy importante, justo hizo mucho calor, pero también había ventilador de techo. Caja de seguridad. Espacio de cocheras, com varias maniobras se puede estacionar correctame te."

Habitacion matrimonial con MUCHA luz al amanecer (7 am).
Ubicacion muy buena(cerca del mar con servicio de playa y al centro totalmente caminable).
Lindo predio.
En general un poco de falta de mantenimiento. "
