"The Hotel sits in the center of the main part of Creel and is a great location with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. It's an easy walk or short taxi ride to the El Chepe train station. Our only complaint were the very firm beds that made sleeping difficult."

No heat in the middle of winter
"They didn't provide transportation to the train like the other hotel we stayed at. We tried to arrange a taxi on our own but the taxi didn't show up.
