"Good resort, beautiful place, comfortable bed"

"The hotel is clean but not luxurious. The entertainment is way too late for seniors. The music in the bar is too loud. The person speaking on the microphone is not very clear. You can hardly understand what he’s saying. No dancing or karaoke "

"I really enjoyed the resort minus the hidden resort fees they didn’t mentioned at the beginning since my booking was paid in advance and all the extra fees and taxes they charge and the incidentals for the entire stay that they place a hold on your card for nearly 1400.00. Room had a foul ode but made the best of it. Some staff were friendly while others were less social. "

"Breakfast was ok, I had a very disappointing experience. When I got into bed, I noticed what appeared to be a blood stain on the sheets along with yellow stains as well. It was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially one charging guests for a clean and comfortable stay."

It appears the team may be short-staffed or in need of additional training—at times, there was only one waiter managing 10 to 20 guests. While some staff members were exceptionally friendly and prompt, others were unfortunately slow and lacked urgency."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming boutique, hotel centrally located in old San Juan, Puerto Rico. The open-air design gives it a unique airy feel, while the rooms are equipped with air-conditioning for comfort. I love the thoughtful touches each day – complementary water 24/7, coffee each morning, wine and cheese at 5 o’clock and chocolates on the bed each evening. Room service was impeccable with two daily visits, in the room, a second door effectively kept noise out, making for a peaceful retreat. The on-site restaurant serves delicious food and there’s also a fantastic outdoor spot just across the street. The hotel has incredible character and a great location that makes exploring Old San Juan a breeze. It was truly a fantastic experience."
