"The staf were amazing and helpful..... but the room was dirty before we even came in. Otherwise loved the staff, loved the free bikes and paddle boards. And across the street from the beach"

"We were on the 10th floor beachfront- view was amazing! Breakfast was good, coffee was good-enjoyed trivia night at the hotel bar. Ate lunch at Fish Heads a couple of times- awesome friendly service! We are in Pensacola Beach at least 4 times a year and this was one of our best trips ever!"

"The staff was amazing. Loved Dempsy's bar (terrific pizza which, unlike other pizza places in the area, is reasonably priced. We were in the East Building, which is older construction, but very clean and well furnished. Only real drawback is no elevator, so if you've got mobility issues, you'll definitely want to mention it. Two things that arent the property's fault but are definitely a problem: The road/bridge construction that makes entering and leaving a bit harrowing during busy traffic times. And the fact that there was some kind of organized beach volleyball tournament during our stay. That wouldnt be an issue if the organizers hadnt set up courts directly in the path of the property's beach access. But they did. In short, it was a great stay, and I have no doubt that next time i stay here, without those two issues mentioned above, it will be a phenomenal stay."

"The entire staff was excellent, friendly, and genuine. A walk-in shower, I've never been in a hotel with a huge walk-in shower. The food was excellent and the cost was equal to out in the area. The drinks were outstanding. I wish there was a mini microwave in the room. There was a private event with painting. My kids were sad, because they like painting. Would've been nice if the hotel could offer something like for kids."
