"I usually never post a review, but this is nevessary. Upon arrival, the property was very clean and the staff was very courteous. The front desk check in was a bit hectic, however, very accommodating. The room appeared clean, but dated. Although the floor was mopped, it was very sticky, there were no wash cloths and only one hand/bath towel available for two guests, but It was quickly remedied upon request. Downside, we paid for a day bed by the pool but to our dismay the hotel double booked and we were unable to use it. When speaking to mngmt., we were first told, 'we do not handle the booking for pools', as if we made it up. We felt they should have been more accommodating, as we were paying guests. Eventually, after speaking with next level mngmt., we were promised a refund. The hotel caters more to the cruise line clientele, as they offer all of the amenities, as their paid guests cam enjoy, by purchasing a day pass so with that, paid guests have no first choice privilege and you are definitely overlooked. With the offered day pass, the paid guests miss out on what you look forward to enjoying. Over priced with extra hotel taxes, just not worth it. "
