The location near the airport we like, we dislike the air was not working properly, the technician came in and check it, it wouldn’t get cool, they said let it cool down and it didn’t, my daughter had a fever and they said we could change the rooms at 11pm when we had to get up at 3:30am. We just wanted a fan and I asked kindly for half a refund, the front desk said that is not possible and they were giving us an option of half a refund, they didn’t have a fun. She was rude and not helpful. It was not the customer service we expected when we didn’t have a comfortable room. Check in went smoothly.

The pool area was beautiful, the photos don’t quite do it justice. Staff was helpful, room was clean. There wasn’t much in the area in terms of restaurants but there are options within walking distance.

Nice place to stay , only thing is rooms are way too small mostly if you have 2 suitcases my friend and I couldn’t have enough space to put the suitcase both have a medium size and a sample size and it was difficult to walk around the room need to climb over the bed one or suitcase to go to the bathroom

Rooms are lovely, amenities are ok; e.g. the size of the pool is not as large as other hotels, and the amount of seating is quite limited even though there are surely well over 400 suites… food was good, though the menu is VERY limited compared to the drink options. Room Housekeeping was kind and efficient. Staff was alright - check-in was extremely disappointing as we even arrived after check-in time 3pm and the room was not ready until after 5:30pm. Check-out was smooth and quick, and we got help with extra charges/hidden fees fast. Hoping to come back very soon!
