"We had an issue at check in, in as much as it didn’t seem ready, black bag still in the bin, food waste still in the bin, damp towels in bathroom (unsure if used) and the bedroom not made up. We text the owner who came straight away and was mortified, they had only just returned from being away and the cleaner employed did not do as requested.
