"Lovely hotel, a gem in a downtrodden part of Cardiff. Staff free check in meant we couldn’t ask about the promised parking. Lack of furniture meant the spare bed doubled as wardrobe and dressing table. Staff were excellent, the room spacious and clean and breakfast very tasty indeed."

"Lovely hotel, a little faded and no longer as luxurious as it clearly once was. Sadly the bed was far too soft for me, so i lay on the divet on the floor.
