Aviod this property and Travelnest
Firstly, I missed the firts night because of car trouble, I let the host know (although I think I was communicating with Travelnest) got there second day, the place was filthy, looked like someone had literally just left - dirty floors, leaves trodden into the carpet, dead bugs and rubbish in two cupboards, and the worst - mould in the fridge - on all the shelves. I let the Manor know, they sent someone down, when we returned only the fridge was cleaned. We decided we really were not comfortable staying there so left. I told travelnest when I got back home. After a few emails, me requesting part refund, I was refused. O ne email saying the host had declined a refund, when I argued back a different person emailed saying Travelnest had refused a refund. As Travelnest said they manage the property for the host, clearly everything was down to them. Also there was no wifi at all, it says there is, and login details at the property but it is not registed . Avoid this and Travelnest, wherever you see them advertising.
