"Our stay was subpar. When we arrived we were not told we could not park in the driveway until arriving. The neighborhood is crowded so it took over 30 minutes to find a parking spot on the street because we had a truck. After that when we went inside we could not find one of the bedrooms because it was completely separate in the backyard but it was not listed in the description. Next we found condoms in cups in the bookshelf as well as dead bugs. In the morning one of the beds had bugs crawling...

"Loved this hidden gem! Clean, large and had everything we needed. Friendly staff and free garage parking. We could see the water from our balcony (when it wasn’t foggy). Only downside is it’s quite noisy, but this is not the property’s fault at all. Will definitely stay again."

"House could have been cleaner. There was cobwebs and dust on walls ceilings and fans. Great house otherwise. Lots to do in it including pool table, ping pong and hot tub. Great closed in yard for our dog also!! All in all we would definitely stay here again.👍👍"

There were restaurants within walking distance for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also the boardwalk and beach were so close you could choose to walk or drive. Summer was amazing when it came to communication and I would recites property to any couples coming in for the weekend!"

"The location was excellent for participating in San Diego County activities. Freeway access was good and we appreciated that both Costco and Trader Joe's were within a few minutes drive. The place we stayed in was very clean and we especially enjoyed the comfortable kitchen table that fit 6 and the well stocked amenities in every room. Parking was easy and the location was quiet and safe. We had a great time!!!"

"We were a family of 12 and it ranged from a small toddler to teenagers and adults and let me just say this home accommodated all ages perfectly. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was certainly a plus! The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes of all kinds even dishes and utensils that were toddler friendly. "This place was absolutely perfect. It was very cozy. We were about 5 or 6 blocks from the beach. The view from the sun deck was stunning. Unfortunately we didnt have time to use the hottub. My husband and I came for my Sons Marine graduation so we were at the base for two days. So we didnt get to enjoy this beautiful place like we wanted too. But when we come back to San Diego we will definitely be staying in your place again. Thank you Anna Marie and Aaron The Kaisers"

"I absolutely love this hotel and location but unfortunately the only one bad thing with our visit was timing because they had some construction happening early in the morning. Besides that construction, it’s the best affordable hotel. "

"Very nice condo off the beach. Kitchen amenities were great. The only downside was the few outdated things (loose sink faucet and shower head), thin walls, and the power outage due to construction. Otherwise, the room was spacious and felt like home."
