"We stayed at this amazing property for a week in June and it was incredible. Beautiful home, beautiful location on the beach in a secluded cove, beautiful property and amazing weather! Even though it was the rainy season we had sun every day and a couple of big rain storms but that just added to the experience. Felipe was very communicative and the on-site caretakers Manuel and Maria kept the place spotless. Highly recommend this place. "

"We loved our stay at Rancho Majagual!! I traveled with a large group, and we took over the whole property. The beach and surrounding areas were among the most beautiful I've ever been to. Very private and protected, but plenty of other beaches to explore nearby on foot. The property manager and concierge really understood our group's needs, and went out of their way to accommodate us. As is typical for the region, there were a few quirks with plumbing, etc, but that's to be expected. We loved it...

There is a large front porch with rocking chairs that has views of the mountains. So when it rains you can still hang out on the porch. The sunset clouds are so beautiful. There is the most wonderful local family that overseas the property. The only downside is the road up to the place is really rough."

"We stayed at the Villa for a week and it is even more beautiful in person than on the pictures. The staff were very helpful. We had request a cook for the week and it was really a blessing to have her. The villa is well divided to host a groupe while making sure everyone as is privacy. I strongly recommend!"

"This is a very convenient place to stay for dining and the beach! Our room at the end of the building closest to the beach has an unbelievable view that we loved! The downside of the view is that the music from town can be very intrusive. Just bring earplugs and enjoy! The description of the hotel says they have a bar and breakfast. There is no bar and the breakfast is offsite. It’s only a block or so away so not too much of a hardship but you won’t be having breakfast in bed. We had to change our reservation by a day and while I had difficulty with Hotels.com, this property worked with us which was GREATLY appreciated! Really lovely and convenient place to stay!"

From the very first morning, Estella and Gady welcomed us with such warmth, preparing delicious breakfasts and treating us with a kindness that made us feel like family. The home itself is beautifully decorated and landscaped, but what took our breath away each day was the view. In San Juan del Sur, sunsets are an event — and from Casa Cha Cha Cha we had the best seats in town. Every evening, the sky turned into a masterpiece of color, and sitting there watching it unfold became one of the most cherished parts of our trip. It felt like home, only with the beauty of the ocean before us and the kindest hosts beside us. Leaving was truly bittersweet. Casa Cha Cha Cha is not just a place to stay, it’s a place to feel cared for, inspired, and connected.
