A very special place, just far enough off the grid to ensure that we really wound down. Simple bungalows, a great communal space, a few steps to the river, an incredible bamboo jungle filled with the buzz of insects & the sounds of birds & gibbons in the trees. G & Elliot went out of their way to ensure our stay was memorable, & we were really impressed at their efforts to help the local community, especially the school. Our trip over to Tatai Village was eye opening & gave us a great glimpse...

Nary was an excellent host who helped us with interesting places to visit and made us feel very welcome. Try her traditional BBQ and walk the tracks through the forest. Lovely spot.
