"The staff were very friendly . I didn’t know about the extra charge they add to your credit card ( but it comes off within 2-5 business days ) the property is historical and the Trax food was very good and the staff friendly . The coffee shop was ok . We were comfortable and had a good night sleep . Thank you !"

"We arrived after a long drive and there was no hot water. They rented the hotel to a group that had a party till 2:30 in the morning and then partied in the rooms after that. (The website for the group said it was a hotel takeover). We called down twice to have the music turned down. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had staying in a hotel. "

"I waa very happy to see the upgrades to the game rooms. I waa disappointed at out last visit. They have a very nice staff and very helpful. Our accommodations were very cleaned too. We have visited this resort from 1988."
