"This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. "

"Property manager was super easy to get into contact with and amazingly accommodating (we were traveling with a boat and trailer in addition to our vehicle). We had no issues at all, but I could see how one may be “confused” for getting to the location/door *IF* they did not read the instructions correctly - I know how some people are about skimming the content sometimes… don’t do that and you’ll be perfectly fine!
