CA ALDA is a flat with a simple and traditional flavour located halfway up in the village of Carate Urio, a characteristic hamlet on Lake Como.

Features: on one floor, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom, outdoor area with lake view. The flat is equipped with Wi-Fi and parking space.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONThe flat, located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house and facing southwest, offers a splendid view of Lake Como and you can enjoy the wonderful panorama from every window in the flat. CA ALDA is arranged on one floor: large kitchen with traditional furniture and dining table, equipped with coffee machine, toaster, kettle and induction hob. A large living room with table, sofa bed and fireplace. A bright double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. At guests\' disposal a small laundry room with washing machine. Outside there is a pleasant patio area, equipped with table and chairs, completely overlooking the lake. Please note that the outside area is the property of the flat, but guests of the flat upstairs have the right of way. A gate divides the two properties. We are confident that correct behaviour on the part of all guests will not give rise to any problems.

Wifi Internet is available throughout the house.

The flat does not have air conditioning, but fans will be at your disposal.

Private parking space about 250 metres from the flat.

The flat can accommodate up to 4 people.ACCESSIBILITY AND PARKINGCA ALDA has a private uncovered parking space about 250 m from the flat, which can only be reached on foot. It is located next to the traffic lights on the main road. To reach the entrance it is necessary to cross and walk along the road for a stretch and then take a footpath with steps. We would like to point out that this is not the place for those with mobility problems and for your convenience, we recommend light luggage.CARATE URIO & SURROUNDINGS

Carate Urio is a picturesque town located on the western shore of Lake Como, in Lombardy, known for its charming lake landscape and quiet atmosphere, making it an ideal destination for those seeking an escape from the daily hustle and bustle. Carate Urio is also an ideal starting point for exploring the Lake Como area, with many hiking trails leading to extraordinary viewpoints. The village is well connected thanks to public transport, such as the ferry and the bus stop on the main road that connects the village to the main nearby towns. The most beautiful restaurants in the area are easily reachable by car.

Please note that there are no supermarkets in Carate Urio. The nearest supermarket is called Bennet and is located in the village of Tavernola, 7.5 km away from the flat.GETTING AROUNDPlease note that the taxi service on Lake Como is not always reliable or readily available. We therefore advise against relying on it once you have arrived at your destination. We suggest considering alternative options such as public transport (buses and boats), hiring a car or using pre-booked private drivers.

The bus stop is 600m from the flat, but the boat stop is 3.5 km away.

We recommend travelling by car, as the flat has a private car park. Easy access to the airports, Milan and Lugano, all of which are about an hour\'s drive away.

In the cold season heating is an additional cost to be paid separately: € 8.00 / day.

It is forbidden not to separate waste as instructed, otherwise a penalty of € 60,00 will be charged.

According to Italian law, before check-in, each guest\'s personal identity document will be requested. To speed up the check-in process, we kindly ask all guests to fill in the online form that will be sent 7 days before check-in.
