Poderia ter sido bem melhor.

Minha experiência poderia ter sido melhor. Condição de Pagamento divergente do site. Pedido especieal feito no site, o pessoal da pousada disse desconhecer. Cheguei na pousada o quarto reservado estava todo molhado. A pousada nos concedeu outras acomodacoes melhores, porem com uma barata e o chuveiro muito ruim. Porem o café da manhã muito bom e a funcionária desse setor atenciosa.

Eu e meu marido passamos duas noites na pousada, no apartamento 12. Primeira noite foi um pouco conturbada devido ter chovido na região, aí a energia estava bem fraca, aí levou algumas horas para que a mesma voltasse, mas isso não é necessáriamente culpa do local, mas sim da região. No período da noite o nosso único problema foi o chuveiro, pois o mesmo estava quebrado, só tinha a estação fria ou bem quente, esse problema foi resolvido no dia seguinte quando comunicamos a pousada, recepção bem prestativa e bem educada, como todos os funcionários. Café da manhã excelente, cheia de variedades, muito bom. As únicas coisas que poderiam melhorar no nosso ponto de vista é começar mais cedo ser servido o café e no período da noite ter mais iluminação na pousada, pode ser daquelas que liga automaticamente quando passamos por ela, mas seria muito bom ter um pouco mais de iluminação quando se passa pelos corredores da pousada no período da noite, e também ter mais placas informativas na pousada, pois no primeiro dia do café da manhã tivemos que dar a volta por fora até chegar no refeitório, sendo que estávamos do lado do mesmo. E poderíam também ampliar um pouco mais o estacionamento, ele é bom, mas poderia ser melhor não é mesmo. Bom concluímos gostamos muito da pousada sim, voltaremos com toda certeza :)

Dificuldades com o quarto

A localização é excelente, pousada aconchegante, com atendimento muito bom. No entanto, passamos por vários problemas durante 4 dos 5 dias que ficamos. Havia obras da Sabesp, e ficamos sem água por várias horas. O chuveiro queimou e levou quase 24 horas para o conserto. O box do banheiro estava quebrado e a cada banho muita água ficava parada no banheiro. O botão da descarga em um momento emperrou tendo eu que abrir e colocar a peça no lugar. Tivemos outro momento em que ficamos sem energia e água no banheiro por mais algumas horas. Nas últimas 24 horas de estadia mudamos de quarto, para um realmente muito bom e livre de problemas. No site informava que a cama seria Queen, mas era casal normal. Ficaria novamente na pousada mas não mais no quarto 12. Foi uma experiência desagradável especificamente neste quarto.
