"The hotel is well located in Caracas down in the middle of town and close to Los Mercedes where there is a lot of shopping and restaurants. It also has a great view of Caracas and the Avila, the mountain in front of Caracas. The rooms were clean, the staff very helpful. I would recommend it."

Hotel Grand Galaxie
"In a regular situation might be OK but when we were there it sustained damage from the June 24, 2026 earthquakes. There is no restaurant in the hotel nor nearby restaurants that open before 7:00am or that remain open at 10:00pm The neighborhood is not safe in the evening"
