"If it were not for Ms.Melanie, i hope i remembered her name right i would rate this hotel zero star. We had trouble with our reservation but she made every possible way to resolve it and provided us great service w/ the food and room. She does it all. As for the room and hotel, it needs an upgrade. The room is not clean. Cant even sleep and shower because of the condition of the bed and shower area."

"The experience at Henann Palm Beach was exquisite, the rooms and views were amazing, great experience with the staff, they are super friendly and they really take care of you (just one lady at the front desk during my check out was rude, bad experience), overall great hotel and amenities.
