"Such a good little find. Secluded and a beautiful setting. Not in town so car needed. About 25 mins from Taormina and Naxos, stunning beach nearby. Room clean, plenty of hot water. Pool area lovely. Basic breakfast included. Would definatly return. "

"We were offered a free upgrade and the room was very good although the bathroom did require an upgrade. Not many facilities within the Hotel it needed a bar, the only bar was a beach bar opposite the hotel which was ok unless it wasn’t booked for private hire or closed due to bad weather (there was a bad storm when we were there). "

"The home was misrepresented as a 2 bedroom property. The 2nd bedroom was a couch in the area where you entered the home. We didn’t stay at the property because on the night that we arrived. We were unable to locate the address. The owner tried to help us locate the property but gave us misinformation on the address. So we spent the night in our car. When we finally located the property, it was flooded with water and unsafe for us to stay. We left after doing a video call with the owner and informing him that we did not feel safe staying at the home. We have been trying to contact VRBO but cannot get a customer service representative to communicate with us. The virtual agent continues to give a response over and over that does not address our concerns. "

"I tried to reached to them a week before my travel to get some information about the transport options to the hotel nobody responded i was already heading towards the hotel when i received an email in italian with useless information. On the day of arrival at reception they told me most of the facilities are closed including the restaurant none of this was mentioned while i made the bookings. The lady at the reception on 23rd around 13:30 while speaking to me in between exchanged words in her language with her staff member and both laughed and passed weird expressions which is very unprofessional and insulting to do to your guests. We went into the room noticed even the basic things are not in the room for a 4 star hotel. Only 2 water bottles in the fridge no kettle no tea bags no iron, Broken cupboards, Ants in the balcony, broken hair dryer, noisy Bed We asked them for extra towels 3 times finally had to get down and ask for 4 time.The AC was blowing air not cooling the room due to this my 1 year old got unwell and had temperature. I requested to make the AC work nothing changed. We went to speak at the reception and when we mentioned our baby is unwell they laughed at us at this moment we realised its a very unsafe place to stay.extremely rude and unprofessional staff worst hotel experience of my life.I had to leave the hotel and make another booking at a different place."
