BEAUTY AND THE BEACH is a luxurious 5 bedroom beachfront mansion located directly on the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico on North Captiva Island. Nestled among palm trees, beach dunes, and pristine white sandbars loaded with beautiful shells, Beauty and the Beach's tropical location is second to none. With sleeping up to 17 people and three king master bedroom suites, Beauty and the Beach can host your next family vacation, reunion, or even wedding (fees apply). This beachfront mansion is reminiscent of a luxury beach resort in the Caribbean, without the need for a passport.

NORTH CAPTIVA ISLAND is a private island accessible only by boat or private aircraft. North Captiva is known for uncrowded, natural white sand beaches with incredible shelling and wildlife viewing. Two thirds of North Captiva is a state wildlife preserve, while one-third is lightly developed with vacation homes.

FIRST CLASS ACCOMMODATIONS! a coastal-modern, spacious 3-story beach house with a large screened-in lanai with expansive views of the pool and Gulf of Mexico. A large, 3rd-floor master suite, with spectacular 360-degree views of the Gulf and bay sides of the island, a gourmet, fully-equipped kitchen with granite counters and high-end appliances (subzero and wolf), and granite bathrooms.

RESORT-LIKE AMENITIES! Beauty and the Beach has its own private boat slip available for guests arriving by their own boat or for those who choose to rent a boat. "Beauty's" privately-owned heated swimming pool is top notch. Play ping pong while hanging out and or grilling at the outdoor kitchen by the pool.

AN ADVENTURE AWAITS! Your on-island property manager and personal concierge, Shally's Seashells Property Management, will assist with the logistics of traveling to an island and help make the experience as stress-free as possible. Shally's will assist selecting ferry boat options to North Captiva. You will be greeted upon your arrival by the Shally's team and they will transport you and your luggage and groceries to Beauty and the Beach (unless you requested the kitchen be pre-stocked--highly recommended!). Shally's will give you a private tour of the island and help familiarize you with the amenities and intricacies in the house and will be a phone call or text away during your stay.
