South Seas Beach Villa 2418 Coastal Luxury

New owners have made this already wonderful vacation rental truly spectacular, having all new furniture, flooring, vanities, countertops, cabinets and much more. Everything is being done top of the line through West Elm and Crate + Barrell just to name a few. South Seas Beach Villa 2418 is a two bedroom/two bathroom vacation rental condominium located on the 2nd floor (1st living level) and a direct view out to the Gulf of Mexico. Our spacious condo offers 1,000 sq ft of space with a very comfortable living area and Smart TV. There is a queen sized sleeper sofa for additional guests. Off the living room is a dining area and full kitchen with upgraded appliances and a Keurig Coffee Maker. The master suite has a very nice king sized bed with en-suite bathroom while the guest bedroom features two twin beds. There is an additonal full bathroom off the hallway nearby. The screened lanai is off the living room and is perfect to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening cocktail while enjoying the calm Gulf waters and our world famous sunset. 

The association offers a heated pool, tennis, high speed wireless internet and bbq grills. While you don't receive full resort access as this is a privately managed rental, you will save about 50% compared to resort rates, never pay a resort fee and get to choose our exact unit. Important Note:
This condo is privately managed and not affiliated with the South Seas Island Resort. Guests do not have access to resort amenities. A paid laundry facility is available on the ground level. The elevators are currently functional; however, as they are mechanical items, we cannot guarantee they will remain operational during your stay. Please note that refunds will not be issued in the event of elevator malfunctions.

The property was very well maintained and had everything we needed. There were 5 of us , and there was plenty of room to spread out. We loved the location - right on the beach with views of the sunset from our patio. I would definitely book again.

November Vacation

This property was perfect. It was super clean and nicely decorated. Walk out the door and down the path to the beach. The owner was great to work with. Would highly recommend this property.

Great location! Immaculate and Modern!

This is an extremely clean VRBO. Looks just like the pictures. Positives: ⏺ Great view ⏺ Modern and updated ⏺ Beds are extremely comfortable. ⏺ Love the box fan for white noise at night. ⏺ Plenty of beach towels ⏺ Great location ⏺ Lots of beach gear for use - chairs, umbrellas, water toys. ⏺ Very quick response from the resort contact. Negatives: ⏺ Upon arrival keypad did not work. Also did not work on the last day. ⏺ Suggestion to have coffee filters. When getting in late at night what is the thing you want first thing in the morning? Coffee. We bought some and left there for the next visitor. ⏺ Needs new kitchen scissors. Maybe sounds picky, but if you need to use them, like we did, you’ll understand. ⏺ Wi-fi was not the best, for some reason. It worked most of the time, but not all the time. ⏺ Washer/dryer situation not ideal. $2. And it only takes coins. These days who has coins? I went to 3 places on the island to get enough change. That was frustrating!

The property is great. The view stunning. I would stay again. The lani screen needs repair and the fan doesn’t work which is a bug issue. If I stayed again I would ask that this be addressed. But it didn’t effect the overall stay!

Perfect relaxing getaway

We had a great time at this condo. Pics are accurate, bed is very comfortable, everything you need in the kitchen and steps away from a beautiful beach. The area is still very much recovering/under construction from recent hurricanes but it didn’t affect our stay. And very convenient to rent beach chairs/umbrella and have them delivered to condo.

A Perfect Beach Vacation

What an amazing stay we had at this vacation home. We had everything we needed including a great view of the beach. It was a short walk to the actual beach and there was a small pool available nearby as well. The laundry facilities were nice and clean, easy to use. The condo rooms were all clean with nice, modern upgrades and decorations. The management team went above and beyond to help us when we accidentally left some items behind. We highly recommend this property and would definitely come again.

We had a great time! The condo was great and in a quiet location. We could walk to a few restaurants and shops nearby. Even though some of the area around is still recovering from the hurricanes it was a great place to stay! Our whole family enjoyed our stay!

My favorite place, Captiva🌴💜

The condo was adorable, it was clean, decorated so cute, had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable, I loved my bathroom. Captiva is still recovering from hurricane Ian, but it’s still so beautiful!!!

Wonderful Stay

The unit is in excellent shape and has a beautiful view of the sunsets. Very close to the pool and beach and an easy walk to a number of restaurants and shops. Overall the property is still recovering from Ian but the location and the unit itself were A-one! We also forgot an item and had to get back into the unit after check out. It was no problem and one call to the manager solved the matter is less than a minute. Excellent service. We are thinking about returning in the Fall.

Perfect Mother-Daughter Retreat
