The host was welcoming. Accommodated an early check in for my family. I was traveling separately. My family arrived at 2 as permitted. The cleaning staff indicated that they could not check in until 4. I was still traveling an unable to retrieve VM or app notifications that there was a change. My family notified me the pool was cold when they arrived. When I arrived at the property notified the host. After multiple text and multiple pool service provider visits the pool was finally at the committed temperature 2 and 1/2 days later.
