Car-Free Island • Ferry Included
North Captiva is a car-free island accessible only by boat or small plane—your ferry is included. One complimentary round-trip ferry ticket is included, with additional guest ferry tickets built into the rental price, plus a complimentary sunset cruise and free mainland parking for one vehicle (additional vehicles $10/day). Guest count must be accurate at booking.

Designed for both comfort and entertainment, Island Splash offers multiple living spaces, screened porches, a private heated pool, and a game room. Guests can enjoy outdoor dining, a poolside kitchen, and plenty of room to gather or spread out.

This home is professionally managed by The Island Club of North Captiva, providing guests with access to exclusive amenities and on-island support throughout their stay.

What’s Included with Your Stay
North Captiva is a car-free island—there are no cars on the island, and the primary mode of transportation is golf cart. The island is accessible only by boat or small plane, but don’t worry—we’ve taken care of that for you.

Your rental price includes one complimentary round-trip ferry ticket, with round-trip ferry tickets for all additional guests included in the total rental price, a complimentary sunset cruise for your group, and free mainland parking for one vehicle for the duration of your stay. Additional vehicles may park for $10 per day.

Please ensure your guest count is accurate at booking, as ferry tickets are issued based on the number of guests listed on your reservation. With ferry transportation, parking, and your sunset cruise already included, your island arrival is simple and stress-free.

Guests also have access to all Island Club amenities during their stay.

The Island Club team respects guest privacy while remaining available as needed. Guests may contact the team by phone or messaging for assistance before and during their stay.

As this is an Admiral Home professionally managed by The Island Club, on-island staff is available to assist with ferry coordination, luggage service, grocery delivery arrangements, additional golf cart rentals, and activity recommendations.

Island Splash is located on North Captiva Island, a quiet, car-free barrier island known for its uncrowded beaches, abundant wildlife, and relaxed atmosphere.

The island offers excellent shelling, fishing, kayaking, and nature exploration. With no cars and limited commercial development, North Captiva is ideal for guests seeking a peaceful, natural setting.

North Captiva Island is accessible only by boat or small private plane. There are no cars on the island, and golf carts are the primary mode of transportation.

Mainland parking is available at the North Captiva Island Club Welcome Center for a daily fee. Ferry transportation is required to reach the island, and luggage assistance is included with delivery to the home. Restrictions may apply.

Once on the island, guests may travel by the included golf cart, bicycles, or walking paths.

Golf Cart Damage Deposit:
A $2,000 pre-authorization damage deposit hold will be charged to your card on file three days before check-in and released within one week after checkout, pending golf cart inspection.

Groceries:
Grocery options on the island are limited. Guests are encouraged to purchase supplies before arrival or arrange grocery delivery in advance.

No smoking anywhere on the property.
No pets permitted.
No parties or events allowed.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Guests must follow all local regulations designed to protect North Captiva Island’s wildlife and natural environment.

CANCELLATION POLICY – DIRECT BOOKINGS

1. Within 24 Hours of Booking
• Guest receives a full refund.
• Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to rentals@northcaptiva.com

2. Outside of 60 Days Prior to Arrival
• Reservation is refundable, subject to a non-negotiable 20% cancellation fee.
• The fee is calculated as 20% of the rental rate plus tax, or the deposit amount, whichever is greater.

3. Inside of 60 Days Prior to Arrival
• No refunds will be issued.
• Guest forfeits all payments made, including rental charges, taxes, and fees.
• This policy applies to all reasons, including but not limited to weather events, hurricanes, evacuation orders, early departure, no-shows, or mechanical issues.
