Now for the bad part: we booked a two night stay. On the day after we got there, we left early to attend an event. When we got back to the room, we found that the beds had not been made, the trash had not been removed and fresh towels had not been provided. Contacting the front desk we were told that "room service" required a three night stay. So for $200.00/night we did not even get what Home2Suites consider room service (emptying trash cans, making beds and fresh towels). So if you plan less than a 3 night stay, plan on making your bed yourself."
