Slightly quirky place. Some bits need upgrading. Curtains were hanging off a bit. No restaurant was open in the actual hotel. Had to walk down to golf club. Had to pay 25 euro to use swimming pool. Good location

Family holiday, we used the place for eating and sleeping. Once we use the swimming pool that was OK. Close to the "new" downtown of Grado (1 Km walk) and around 5 Km to old downtown. Possible to rent bikes 2€ per hour or 8€ per day
