A house close to everything.

A nice house located next to a busy road and with the owner living upstairs. The owner was extremely discreet and friendly. All in all a good house with a nice garden.Close to Verona, Lake Garda and great hiking opportunities

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Lucas Ferienwohnung. Die Angaben im Inserat stimmen mit der Realität überein und v.a. der Pool wurde gerne angenommen. Die Küche bietet alles was man benötigt, so ist auch die Selbstverpflegung kein Problem. Die Kommunikation und das Einchecken lief ebenfalls unproblematisch. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Eine Reise nach Italien

Das haus war Paradies

Wir waren zwei Wochen in diesen Haus, was von ein nettes Gastgeber, Herr Luca und seine Familie. Alles was in Inserat stand war vorhanden. Wir werden unbedingt in nächsten zwei Jahren wieder dort Urlaub machen. Mit Auto kann mit paar Minuten alle sehen Widrigkeiten erreichen. Ich wünsche gesundheit Und Erfolg für die Familie Herr luca. Unsere beste dank an ihm und seine liebe Familie.

Super schön!

Sehr schöne Wohnung und Garten. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Gastgeber mit Familie sehr, sehr nett. Unser Hund durfte sogar in deren Wohnung, die hinter dem Haus liegt. Die Lage ist hervorragend, man erreicht alles in kürzester Zeit mit dem Pkw. Wir können dieses Wohnung absolut empfehlen👍

Sommerurlaub mit Hund

Haben hier im Sommer 2 sehr schöne und abwechslungsreiche Wochen (3 Erwachsene mit Hund) verbracht. Das Haus ist wunderbar zentral gelegen, so dass wir viele schöne Ausflüge machen konnten - auch unser Hund kam immer auf seine Kosten ;) Ein großes Highlight bei sommerlichen Temperaturen war für uns in jedem Fall der Pool. Die Wohnung im Haus war in allen Zimmern sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass wir perfekt zurecht kamen. Die Klimaanlage leistete dazu ihren Teil. Die Vermieter, die im oberen Stockwerk wohnen, sind sehr nett, waren aber kaum zu sehen, für Fragen allerdings immer parat. Gerne kommen wir wieder hierher!

Schöne Tage am Gardasee

Lage war für uns Ideal: Zwischen Garda und Affi: schnell am See und auch schnell auf der Autobahn für Ausflüge. Auch Supermarkt in der Nähe. Allerdings direkt an der Landstraße und somit keine absolute Ruhe, war aber für uns kein Problem. Vermieter Luca sehr hilfsbereit. Alles bestens.

Wunderschönes Apartment am Gardasee

Meine Mutter, mein Freund und ich waren mit unseren zwei Hunden in dem wunderschönen Apartment von Luca. Der Garten und Pool sind ein Traum. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. In nur 10 Minuten Fahrt erreicht man Bardolino oder Garda. Lucas Familie war sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren super zufrieden!

Location au top

Nous venons de passer 2 semaines, avec nos enfants de 7,14 et 18 ans. Nous avons même pu avoir également de l’appartement du dessus pour nos amis. (2 adultes et 2 enfants de 6 et 4 ans) Les propriétaires sont adorables et à l’écoute.même si ils vivent au même endroit ils ont été super discret et nous avons pu bénéficier de la piscine pour nous seuls. Les appartements sont super équipés rien ne manque. Merci beaucoup à toute la famille zanetti . :-)

Nous avons passé 1 semaine très agréable. Le gite est très bien équipé, bien situé, la petite piscine est très appréciée ! Proche de la route assez passante mais on s'habitue, ce n'est pas gênant.

Tolle Wohnung mit Vollausstattung und Pool

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und voll ausgestattet, inkl. Klimaanlage, Mikrowelle, Spül- und Waschmaschine. Wir waren positiv überrascht! Von Luca und seiner Familie wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Während unserer Zeit hatte wir den Pool für uns allein. Die Lage ist sehr günstig. Garda und Bardolino sind in 15 Minuten gut zu erreichen, bis Verona sind es nur 40 Minuten. Vielen Dank, es war ein schöner Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super Urlaub bei Luca,Alina,Jennifer und Denis

Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht , wir waren zu 5 vor Ort und hatten eine Super Zeit bei Luca und seiner Familie , es sind so tolle Menschen . Das Haus ist Klimatisiert und das Wlan Signal ist auch super . Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in 1 Km Entfernung. Wir mussten 3 Autos und 3 Motorradanhänger bei Luca parken, das wurde uns super möglich gemacht . Wir hatten die Möglichkeit ein Barbecue zu machen , es war schön . Wir kommen gerne wieder .
