"La nostra camera non era assolutamente propria di un 4 Stelle. Non c'era neppure il bidet, sostituito con una specie di secchio in plastica a forma di bidet da riempire a mano: disgustoso. Frigo bar mezzo vuoto. Cameriere invadenti che già alle 9,30 bussano. SPA cara e a pagamento....noi, clienti dell'albergo, 28€ per un'ora! "Restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. Food is amazing. Front desk staff is professional and courteous.
Also, we were given shuttle rides to the Campolongo Ski slope every day. Our driver is dedicated, friendly and so reliable, always there to take us to the slope, help with the skis or luggage.
