The apartment opens onto a small open-plan living area, featuring a cozy lounge with a sofa and an open kitchen with a dining table. The traditional style and authentic character of the furnishings recall typical mountain chalets, with lace curtains, stone-effect floors, and exposed beams that enhance the ceiling.

The heart of the home is the spacious attic loft, accessible via a wooden staircase that perfectly complements the style of the house. Here, two single beds (which can be joined into a double), a armchair bed and a small table with two comfortable armchairs create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.

The compact yet well-organized bathroom includes a comfortable shower.

The apartment has a private outdoor parking space on the street.

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment.

The region offers beautiful hiking trails and mountain biking routes, ideal for exploring the surrounding hills and forests. About a 20-minute drive away, you can reach Lugano, with its charming lakeside promenade, elegant boutiques, and vibrant cultural scene. You can also visit Monte Bar (20 minutes), Monte San Salvatore (25 minutes), Monte Tamaro (25 minutes), and Monte Brè (30 minutes), where you can admire breathtaking views, or discover the picturesque Ticino villages such as Morcote or Ascona (about 40 minutes), with their traditional grotti and local gastronomic specialties.

How to get there:

By car: From the A2 highway coming from the north, take the exit toward Rivera and continue on Via Cantonale. By setting the GPS, the property can be reached in about 10 minutes. From the center of Lugano, pass through Canobbio and continue towards Tesserete. From there, it takes about 5 minutes.

By train: From Lugano, take bus 442 or 461 to Tesserete (about 30 minutes). From there, transfer to bus 446 and get off at the "Odogno" stop. A short 3-minute walk will take you to the property.
