Montecasciano Ginestra

Apartment of around 50 sqm, inside a complex of holiday houses. Our guests have access to the pool. Please, note that you enter the apartment by an outdoor staircase. 4 sleeps.

The house is surrounded by 11 hectares of farmland where we grove olives and hazelnuts. The old farmhouse and the barns have been transformed into a wonderful complex of holiday cottages with a big shared pool.

First Floor:

FACILITIES:
Wi-fi available in the living room of the apartment and in the swimming pool
Final cleaning, bills, bedlinen and towels are included. Upon request it is possible to arrange a cleaning during during your stay (extra charge).
Access to the farmland and to a shared swimming pool (8mt x 16 mt) furnished with umbrellas and sunbeds
There is a shared washing machine

SURROUDNINGS:
Rome can easily be reached via direct train from Capranica Sutri train station (5km) or by bus (the bus stop is around 10 min walk)

The house is surrounded by farmland: it is possible that the farmers will work in the area surrounding your house during your stay. We will make sure to warn you in advance to minimize any inconvenience this might cause you

Communal spaces are for exclusive use of our guests. Access to external visitors is not allowed, unless authorization is received and the external guests are registered
